Hutong is situated on level 33 of The Shard and has panoramic views over the London skyline. It is inspired by its Michelin-starred namesake in Hong Kong. Dishes include thrice-marinated, de-boned lamb ribs crisped in a wok, Red Lantern soft-shell crab with Szechuan dried peppers, kung-po prawns with cashews and chilli-spiced bamboo clams in Chinese rosÚ wine. Imperial Peking duck is hand-prepared and roasted in a special oven and dim sums are famous. Options of Breakfast and afternoon tea are offered.
