My husband and I were coming back from a long day of travel and sightseeing but could not find an open restaurant. To our surprise, the Addendum was open and some what crowded. They must have been very busy for dinner as they were out of a lot of dishes we wanted. Nonetheless, the food we did order was wonderful...including the sampler of desserts they brought us at the end of the meal. Every one was very friendly and always made sure our glasses were filled. Our bill was brought to us at the end of the meal, although we were staying at the hotel so I am not sure if that is why we had a very different experience. In my travels to London, I would definitely stay at the APEX and dine at the Addendum.

Had tea on a sunny afternoon. Overlooking the street and a square, this is an ideal place to avoid tourist crowds. You need to pay when your orders arrive to your table, not later... but that didn't bother us. For those of you coming for sightseeing to Tower of London and Tower Bridge, this place is an ideal to take some rest and a cuppa!
