Recently I had the pleasure of dining at this charming eaterie and I must say I was hugely impressed. The exterior is very well put together, well dressed and exquisitely turned out. The ceiling is high and there is an impression that there was definitely ample room for more than one person inside. There is certainly room for growth. I found it at once surprising and intellectual. And once I got inside I was practically rendered breathless by the warmth of the place, soft, warm and very yielding.
It was crowded though, and I practically had to force my way in. I ordered a selection from the menu and found that everything I tasted was sweet and very filling. There is a certain perfume in the air which practically made my head swim. I most wholeheartedly recommend the house white, a fruity little Northern number which left a marvelous taste on my tongue and, after swallowing, filled me with an incredible warmth which I have rarely experienced anywhere else. I guarentee that after just a few sips my head was swimming. The meat dish I ordered, when served, arrived piping hot and I'm afraid I wolfed it down ravenously. I waited patiently for it to arrive and it was well worth the wait, not disappointing me at all, served with a selection of vegetables which did not detract from it's full meaty flavour. I forget exactly what it was, but I think it may have been some type of succulent Yorkshire beef. Anyway, I ate every mouthful with relish, taking my time to savour the rich flavours. Once satisfied I sat back in my comfortable seat and enjoyed the pleasant atmousphere. It gives me great pleasure to recommend this charming restaurant and I most definitely hope to be coming back for seconds. Enjoy!
