Beautifully laid-out restaurant with reasonable prices for a two star restaurant.
The food was amazing, however the wine waiter was a bit snobby at our order of dessert wine to go with foie gras (something we learned from Ramsay's Hospital Road)!! which leads to a lack of knowledge.

Overall the service was great and going to the berkley itself is an absolute treat. To top it off we were given a tour of the kitchens, had a selection (picked by us!) of handmade chocs to take home in adorable boxes and had some great champagne at the Berk bar afterwards

My friend and I were guests on the 17th July 2004, we were celebrating my friends 21st birthday and we had an extremely enjoyable time. The staff treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy, which was greatly appreciated. Also the food was EXQUISITE!!

Thank you so much for such a memorable visit.

me and a friend went for lunch 8/3/04 it felt very intimidating on arrival as we were only the second table there! however, as the expirience continued we eased up. we had a very superb amuse-bouche of a chilled tomato gazpacho followed by a terrine of ham hock, chicken & foie gras with a fig coulis which had great different textures and amazing flavours... next a wonderfully braised shank of lamb with a light rosemary and lime jus followed by caramalised bananas and a full flavoured bannana ice cream, petit fours were delicious aswell, all this including wine, great service & a tour of the kitchen 80 for 2! full compliments to marcus and his team!
