My brother, John, and I ate here on a rainy evening in May. Everything was great. It was a plus being able to watch my New York Yankees on a big screen television while we ate.

Always a great experience.....the crabs are really something else - huge, delicious, served with hot, clarified butter (and it's wise to reserve your crab at the same time as you reserve your table). Other menu items are good, salads very good. Staff are busy but friendly and efficient. Not the cheapest eating, but amongst the best value in London

Every time I visit London, I go to the Big Easy. Great food, great service, and although the decor is not great, the ambiance and 'feel' of the place is. Also, they make a wicked martini at the bar! Don't be put off by the 'American' tag - just think about the fantastic steaks and awesome sea food.

If you like seafood (esp. CRABS) like me you should definitely go there...excellent food, nice staff...the only thing you could argue about is the ambience...but youŽll forget about the fishnets and kitsch-decoration as soon as your meal has arrived...I promise!

We didn't realise that the place we affectionately call "The Crabshack" was in fact the Big Easy. All the more delightful, as we've been meaning to try it. If you're in the mood for some no-nonsense good quality; the food is great, the staff attentive and the atmosphere welcoming. We'll be back! (Tip though - try book for second sitting as we missed out on the band.)
