We had been to see Viva Forever (5pm showing) and walked left to Bella Italia - there was a two storey bella italia on the left and to the right there was a one storey bella italia - this is the one we went to

My daughters starter was lovely my 2 friends and I ordered the mushrooms which were aired but when my friend got to the centre of her mushroom it was stone cold. We called the waiter over and he apologised and went to get a fresh lot - these came back piping hot. the waitress in charge came over and apologised and was really nice - she had tasted the mushroom and said it should never have been served like that - she then left and another lady in charge took over. Whilst my friend was eating her mushrooms our pizzas arrived !!!! We accepted them even though they should have waited til our friend had finished her starter. I took one bite and they were cold. We sent them straight back. The waitress in charge said we would get some fresh pizzas and we asked if we could have a complimentary drink due to the problems. Begrudgingly she agreed and placed them quite heavily on the table and that was the last we saw of her - she kept out of our way. the original pizzas came back (as mine had a piece removed) so we didnt get fresh pizzas at all. They were still cold - the waiter did apologise and asked if we wanted pasta instead but by this time is was around 8 to 8.30 and we were hungry. The waiter in charge of our table was lovely and tried to be helpful but it wasnt his fault. We did all suffer the next day with dodgy tummies.

This is the first Bella Italia I have been to and have had poor food from the kitchen. The waiter was good - the first waitress in charge was really good, polite and helpful but the second waitress in charge shouldnt really be working in a restaurant.

As there are a good number of Bella Italia in that area I do hope I have described the correct one
