Food RatingHated the food! Service RatingThe service was okay Ambience RatingThe ambience was okay

Been a few times mid-week and enjoyed it.

Took a group on a Saturday evening. Quality of food (usually v good) nose-dived, as did the quality of service: understaffed in kitchen and dining area?

Worst thing: one men's cubicle for huge restaurant, with a cisten that fills slower than that of a domestic house. Found myself stuck in there waiting an age for it to fill so I could flush. Just so I could get out before I retired I had to take the top off the cistern and work it internally to speed it up. Just paid 200 for dinner and I had my hand in their toilet - woeful! Complained to the staff they didn't care. Wrote to the management, they didn't care either - just ignored the letter. Well, that's 4 customers lost for good: avoid this arogant, indifferent restaurant!
