My husband and I had a wonderful experience.  We are Americans and were in London for "holiday."  We had toured all day and looked like slobs; we were in the wind and wore jeans and tennis shoes.  The staff graciously accepted us as we were.  Our waitress was nice and low key and did not push alcohol nor dessert on us.  Though the staff ensured we would be done by 8:30 pm to make room for people with reservations, we did not feel rushed and felt relaxed to order and eat at our own pace.  The food was excellent!  It tasted as if it was a creation from Heaven, because the ingredients blended perfectly.  We had the Lemon Chiken and Cashew Chicken.  I had Wunton soup and we shared dumplings.  The owner took the time to visit and talk with us and it was a Saturday night!  This is the best Chinese food we have ever had and this restaurant added to our collection of good memories of London.
